This year is a leap year and it will have total of 29 days. Why February Has 28 or 29 Days?

You might be wondering why it is the only month with 28 or 29 days. Well, as you know Earth completes one revolution around the Sun in 365 days. How it does not orbit in 365 days accurately. The actual length of the Year is 365.25 days. In order to correct this misalignment, 1 day was added to the February after every four Years (0.25 x 4 = 1 day). Hence, February has one extra day after 4 years.
